Refund Policy
Please read how cancellations and refunds work before registering for a course or booking a healing session or Vedic astrology consultation. The refund amount depends on when you notify us.

This policy applies to all YuHealer Trip courses (in-person, online and hybrid), healing sessions and one-on-one consultations (including Vedic astrology readings), whether you paid by bank transfer or PayPal.

These rates already include processing fees — nothing else is deducted. Days are counted from the date we receive your notice.
Example
For a course starting on 21 March: cancel by 1 March for a 90% refund; 2–7 March for 60%; 8–14 March for 40%; from 15 March onward no refund is available.

Healing sessions and one-on-one consultations can be rescheduled once free of charge if you tell us via LINE or email at least 24 hours before your appointment. A second reschedule, or less than 24 hours' notice, is treated as a cancellation under the rates above.

If a course or session cannot go ahead because of a natural disaster such as a typhoon or earthquake (based on official government closure announcements) or other force majeure, or if we cancel due to insufficient enrollment or the teacher being unavailable, you will receive a full refund or can move to another date of your choice.

Digital unlocks such as the Soul Dasha reading and online courses are available as soon as they are activated, and are non-refundable once activated.

Refunds are completed within 14 business days of confirmation. PayPal refunds may take longer to appear depending on PayPal and your card issuer.
