Scovin's Story
If you are standing in the rain too — or simply want someone to talk to — you are welcome. It does not have to be a class; a conversation is enough.
I used to think that working hard and following the rules would protect me from pain. Then life got really messy. Back then, I always put other people first and carried everything alone. It felt noble — but honestly, I was doing it because I needed to feel useful. And slowly, I started feeling resentful. "Why is it always me?" It took me a long time to realize: nobody owed me anything. I just never learned to take care of myself. Once I saw that clearly, the anger faded. Not because I pushed it down — it just didn't need to be there anymore. When I started learning about healing and self-awareness, I found that looking inward really works. A lot of problems that seemed impossible to solve outside… quietly started to untangle from the inside. Life still has hard days. But now when it rains, I know how to use an umbrella. If you're going through something tough, feel free to talk. No course, no session needed — just a conversation is totally fine.
